Yes! After our consultation, we’ll put together a proposal for you and your fiancé to look over and review (be on the lookout for an email the next day). From there, we’ll be sure to follow up within the next two weeks to see what you and your fiancé have discussed. If you decide to book with Here’s to Them Events, we’ll put together the contract.

You will primarily work with Elizabeth or an Associate Coordinator before the wedding and have two or three total coordinators on site the day of your event. It will depend on the complexity, size, and amount of moving parts there are. If after speaking, it seems more than three coordinators are needed, we will discuss any additional fees.
-
Most venues allow vendors to arrive on site 2 hours before ceremony start time or cocktail hour time (if your event is off site) and some venues require a final walk through at the end of the night to ensure you get your security deposit back. We will be there from set up to final walk throughs so you can get ready and leave whenever you’d like, knowing everything is taken care of.

We LOVE traveling and will go wherever you are! We service all over Southern California & beyond! Depending on region, we may ask the cost of travel and lodging be covered. This will be determined in your consultation.

There are a few things we are unable to do because they prevent us from focusing our attention on YOU and your timeline. These include:
Picking up trash and/or busing tables: We recommend hiring bussing or waitstaff and can suggest many great companies we’ve worked with!
Moving chairs from the ceremony to reception: This is a great job for groomsmen or waitstaff.
Picking up/moving your wedding cake: This is more of a liability issue.
Leave your event: This includes store runs. Pulling one of our coordinators away for too long can make staying on time too risky and we wouldn’t want you to miss a thing!
-
Yes we do! We do everything from engagements to bridal showers and bachelorette parties. Additionally we can help with your birthday, baby shower, other major life event! Just let us know what you need help with!
