We offer a variety of services from Full Wedding Planning and Partial Planning, to Day of Coordination. All our packages are customized to best fit your needs and each package includes day of coordination.

Don’t know where to start with wedding planning? Girl, we got you! We’ll sit down, discuss your budget and ideas, create mood boards, and move forward from there. We hold your hand every step of the way and make sure all the details are taken care of!
If you’ve done some work but still needs help with the details, this is for you! We’ll help you find vendors, create a budget trackers, help with mailing out invites & calling guests who’ve lagged on the RSVPs, schedule hotel rooms for out of town guests, and many more details!
This is our most popular package! You will have 2 timeline meetings with us plus a venue walk through and coordinated wedding rehearsal before your big day. We also contact all your vendors with the timeline and layout along with confirming their arrival time. On your wedding day, we take care of everything from decor to the send off so you can relax and enjoy!

Elizabeth Perez from Here's to Them Events. She is smiling and wearing a pink sweater.

Elizabeth started Here's to Them Events back in 2018. At the time, wedding coordination was not what she thought her future held, but the Lord quickly made the Event Industry her passion!

She is a Southern California native and Spanish speaker with a degree in Creative Writing from The Master’s University. She loves growing her business, touring new venues, mentoring aspiring Event Coordinators, and helping couples on their big day!

How It Works

1. Inquire

Send us a message including your date and we will check our availability. Then, we’ll send you information regarding the specific service(s) you are interested in.
2. Book Free Consultation

This is a great place for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. After we have a consultation, you’ll receive a proposal. When you’re ready to book, you’ll be sent a contract.
3. Meetings

After booking, we’ll start our timeline meetings! The first one will get the ball rolling, the second will focus on your floor plan and layout and the third will finalize the timeline and tie up any loose ends.
4. Your Big Day

Your wedding day starts with coordinating your rehearsal. Then, on your actual day, our team will get to work on the details! From setting up decor, to running the processional, to a final walkthrough, we have your timeline covered!
